I should be obliged, there-
fore, to receive your observations on the
proposal that the export of war material
from Hong Kong to Macau shall be permitted
only to the Macau Government or its
accredited representatives.
It appears
that it would be possible to require proof
of this as a condition of the grant of the
export permit required under Section 5(1)(b)
of the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, No. 2 of
1933.
